DATE INSTRUCTOR SEMINAR
Sunday 20th August 2017

Throwing and falling, fighting on and from the ground, and getting back to your feet are all important areas of the syllabus.

This course will cover how to do each of these safely and efficiently with warm up games, movement methods, static and dynamic exercises with opponents, formal Taekwon-Do ground techniques and fluid self defence.

The material draws on iTKD's self defence syllabus, traditional elements from the encyclopaedia, and Mr Doogan's Weird and Wonderful Taekwon-Do seminar series which he has delivered nearly twenty times over four years and in four countries.
